- Data Collection by Third Party Services that Vuzz Uses
Vuzz may use Google Analytics, Google Adsense or other similar third party analytics and advertisement services to promote the Service or help us better understand use of the Service. Google Analytics, Google Adsense and other similar third party services collect IDs processed for their own by such third party services and information sent by your browser as part of a page request, including cookies and your IP address. Such information and use of it is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy concerning the third party involved.
- Connecting with Facebook/Twitter/mixi/foursquare/Tumblr/Flickr
You can connect your Vuzz account with your Facebook/Twitter/mixi/foursquare ("Connecting Third Party") account(s) to share information and interact with your friends. You may do so by clicking on the button of the service you want to share with or by going to your "Settings" page. By connecting your Vuzz account with your Connecting Third Party account(s), you are allowing the Vuzz Service to access your information and you are agreeing to the Connecting Third Party Terms of Use in the use of the Service. You can disable such connections at anytime by going to your "Settings" page.
When you provide information to Connecting Third Parties, such information is no longer under the control of Vuzz and is subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of Connecting Third Parties. Please think carefully about the information you make public on Vuzz.
- Invite Your Friends
When you invite your friends using our referral page to email a friend about our website, you will be asked for your friends email address. Vuzz will send an automatic one-time email inviting your friend to signup for the site. You may also login to your personal email account and import contacts from your address book to invite your friends. Vuzz will store your friends email address for the purpose of sending the invitation and tracking whether your friend has successfully visited and signed up for the Service.
- Service Providers
Vuzz may share your Personal Information to third parties using our Application Programming Interface ("API") and other necessary third parties for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Such third parties' use of information will be bound by this Privacy Policy. We may store Personal Information in locations outside the direct control of Vuzz, including, but not limited to, hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and management service providers.

Our Service contains links to other websites and we are not responsible for any of the practices employed by such websites. Vuzz, however cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Vuzz or guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, electronic, or procedural safeguards.
- Restriction of Children under the age of 13
Our Service is not intended for the use of children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has attempted to provide Personal Information or create an account on our Service, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account. Vuzz does not knowingly contact or collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
